Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter - melted
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 Bananas
- Strawberry Syrup
Directions to make batter:
- In a sieve, add flour, sugar and salt. Shake sieve and pour the ingredients into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, add milk, water, butter and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour mixture to milk bowl slowly.
- Use blender to uniformly mix all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Directions to make batter:
- Take a flat pan. Add tablespoon of butter over pan and put 1/2 small bowl of batter. Spread it evenly. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Turn it over for 1-2 more minutes. It should turn golden brown. You can create around 6 crepes with the batter.
- Next, add strawberry syrup to pan and dip crepe in it. Turn both sides for half a minute. Place it in a plate. Fill it with few banana pieces and fold it in half.
