- Cardamom

Directions of tomato puree:
- Boil 4 tomatoes for 5 min in water. Peel the outer layer of tomato.
- In a mixer grinder, grind following :
- above tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
Directions of cashewnut paste:
- Soak 5 cashewnuts in water for 15 min and grind in mixer.
Directions to cook:
- In pan, heat the oil with 4 cardamom and 1 cinnamon stick. Pour in the grinder content and heat for 5 min. Pour the cashewnut paste. Put all the spices and salt. Next, add peas and mushroom. In the end, add little garam masala.
Serve hot !
