Ingredients:
- Milk (1 Ltr)
- Custard apple pulp
- Sugar (3-4 spoons)
- Milkmaid (2 teaspoon)
- Cardamom powder (1 teaspoon)
- Almond (3-4 pieces)
Directions to cook:
- Deseed 3-4 custard apples and keep aside the pulp.
- Boil the milk with milkmaid and simmer for 15-20 minutes till milk becomes thick. Add sugar and mix well (Do not add too much sugar as pulp is already sweet).
- Add the pulp and simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from the stove.
- Add cardamom powder and grated almonds.
- Put in fridge for 4-5 hrs.
Serve chilled !!!
