Ingredients:
- Carrot
- Babycorn
- Button Mushroom
- Red Capsicum
- Yellow Capsicum
- Green Capsicum
- Onion
- Chilli sauce
- Soya Sauce
- Vinegar
- Corn flour
- Ginger
- Green chillies
- Olive Oil
Directions of cooking:
- In a pan, saute chopped carrot, babycorn, mushroom, capsicum and onion in olive oil.
- In a separate pan, add oil, ginger and chopped chillies. Add soya sauce and little water. Add cornflour and wait till it gets thick. Next add chilli sauce, little vinegar and more water. Next, add all the saute vegetables.
