Strawberry French Crepes (Eggless)




Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 Bananas
  • Strawberry Syrup

Directions to make batter:
  • In a sieve, add flour, sugar and salt. Shake sieve and pour the ingredients into a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, add milk, water, butter and vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour mixture to milk bowl slowly.
  • Use blender to uniformly mix all the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Directions to make batter:
  • Take a flat pan. Add tablespoon of butter over pan and put 1/2 small bowl of batter. Spread it evenly. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Turn it over for 1-2 more minutes. It should turn golden brown. You can create around 6 crepes with the batter.



  • Next, add strawberry syrup to pan and dip crepe in it. Turn both sides for half a minute. Place it in a plate. Fill it with few banana pieces and fold it in half. 

Enjoy the dessert !!

Custard Apple Kheer





Ingredients:
  • Milk (1 Ltr)
  • Custard apple pulp
  • Sugar (3-4 spoons)
  • Milkmaid (2 teaspoon)
  • Cardamom powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Almond (3-4 pieces)

Directions to cook:
  • Deseed 3-4 custard apples and keep aside the pulp.
  • Boil the milk with milkmaid and simmer for 15-20 minutes till milk becomes thick. Add sugar and mix well (Do not add too much sugar as pulp is already sweet). 
  • Add the pulp and simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from the stove.
  • Add cardamom powder and grated almonds.
  • Put in fridge for 4-5 hrs.
Serve chilled !!!

    Mushroom mutter masala




    Ingredients:

    • Cardamom
    • Cinnamon
    • Onion
    • Tomato
    • Peas
    • Mushroom
    • Cashew nut
    • Garam masala powder
    • coriander powder
    • turmeric powder
    • salt
    Directions of  tomato puree:
    • Boil 4 tomatoes for 5 min in water. Peel the outer layer of tomato.
    • In a mixer grinder, grind following :
      • above tomatoes
      • 1 chopped onion
    Directions of  cashewnut paste:
    • Soak 5 cashewnuts in water for 15 min and grind in mixer.
    Directions to cook:
    • In pan, heat the oil with 4 cardamom and 1 cinnamon stick. Pour in the grinder content and heat for 5 min. Pour the cashewnut paste. Put all the spices and salt. Next, add peas and mushroom. In the end, add little garam masala.
    Serve hot !

    Home made margherita Pizza

    Ingredients:



    • Readymade pizza dough
    • Amul mozarella cheese
    • Jalapeno
    • Olives
    • Onion
    • Green Capsicum
    • Tomato
    • Home made Margherita sauce
    • Corn flour
    • Olive Oil
    • Tomato chilli ketchup sauce
    • Pepper
    • Oregano
    • Chilli flakes
    • Sweet corn
    Directions to make margherita sauce:
    • Boil 4 tomatoes for 5 min in water. Peel the outer layer of tomato.
    • In a mixer grinder, grind following :
      • above tomatoes
      • 1 tspoon olive oil
      • half chopped onion
      • 1 tspoon tomato chilli sauce
      • 1 tspoon pepper
      • 1 tspoon oregano
      • 1 tspoon chilli flakes
    • In pan, heat the grinded paste with some corn flour to thicken for 5 min.
    Directions to make pizza sauce:
    • On the dough put following :
      • spread margherita sauce
      • put the toppings capsicum, onion, sweet corn, olives, jalepeno
      • put the grated mozarella cheese
    • Preheat the microwave in microwave + grill mode at 450 deg (5 min).
    • Microwave + grill the pizza for 10 min.

    Five jewels black gravy


    Ingredients:

    • Carrot
    • Babycorn
    • Button Mushroom
    • Red Capsicum
    • Yellow Capsicum
    • Green Capsicum
    • Onion
    • Chilli sauce
    • Soya Sauce
    • Vinegar
    • Corn flour
    • Ginger
    • Green chillies
    • Olive Oil

    Directions of cooking:

    • In a pan, saute chopped carrot, babycorn, mushroom, capsicum and onion in olive oil.

    • In a separate pan, add oil, ginger and chopped chillies. Add soya sauce and little water. Add cornflour and wait till it gets thick. Next add chilli sauce, little vinegar and more water. Next, add all the saute vegetables.



    Apple Salad



    Ingredients:

    • Apple
    • Lettuce
    • Honey
    • Lemon
    • Pepper

    How to prepare:

    • Cut the apple into fine pieces
    • Wash the lettuce and shred it into pieces
    • Mix apple and lettuce with honey, lemon and pepper.
    Enjoy the delicious salad :)

    Red Sauce Pasta



    Ingredients:

    • 5 tomatoes
    • Pitted olives
    • Peas
    • Pepper
    • Salt
    • Oregano
    • Chilli flakes
    • Butter
    • Farfalle Pasta
    • Oil
    Directions of cooking

    • Boil tomatoes in water for 10 minutes. Peel and make puree in mixer grinder. Keep it separately.
    • Boil pasta in water with salt and oil for 15 minutes till it is al dente. Wash it in cold water.
    • Add tomato puree with little oil and butter in pan. Once it becomes thick, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano. Next, add peas, olives and pasta.
