Ingredients:
- 5 tomatoes
- Pitted olives
- Peas
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Butter
- Farfalle Pasta
- Oil
Directions of cooking
- Boil tomatoes in water for 10 minutes. Peel and make puree in mixer grinder. Keep it separately.
- Boil pasta in water with salt and oil for 15 minutes till it is al dente. Wash it in cold water.
- Add tomato puree with little oil and butter in pan. Once it becomes thick, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano. Next, add peas, olives and pasta.
